Low temperature pulsed plasma generator with 2 buttons (cutting-hemostasis) with a flexible 4mm rotating edge blade.

The plasma technology offers a low temperature during cutting and hemostasis from 40 ο-170 οC. When the blade is in contact with the tissue, an ionic cloud is created which transports the energy into the field, resulting in minimal thermal damage compared to the common diatheres.
