The team has the required experience, expertise and training, which is constantly enriched with regular training at construction companies.
Specifically, our company's Technical Support Department undertakes:
- Recording and Description of damage inside & outside the company
- Preventive maintenance of machinery
- Repair and maintenance of machinery
- Repair of large machinery in the area where it is installed
- Repair of machinery at our company's facilities and, when necessary, at the facilities of manufacturing companies
- Availability of backup machines
- Meets the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001: 2015, EN ISO 13485: 2016 standard for Import, Storage, Distribution and Marketing, Installation and Technical Support of Medical Devices as well as the requirements of the Greek Legislation for the Distribution of Medical Devices (Ministry of Health 8d/ 1348/2004)
