How it works:

As the user exhales, the air passing through the valve is restricted due to resistance from the valve and pressure is created in the nasal passage. How to choose the appropriate resistor?

BMI <25, you should consider starting with M1 resistor.

BMI >25 and above, you can consider the M2 resistor.

BMI = 30 and above, you can consider moving up to the M3 resistance.
