GENERAL FEATURES:

It is a transparent, self-adhering, multi-layer absorbable membrane made exclusively from synthetic material.
It is suitable for use in General Surgery and Urological procedures (e.g. Hepatectomy, nephrectomy) as it achieves hemostasis and sealing.
Its composition is analyzed in a 4-layer film consisting alternately of poly(lactide-co-glycolide) and poly(N-vinyl-pyrrolidone50-co-acrylic acid25-co-N-hydroxysuccinimide-ester) of acrylic acid (PLGA).

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

• It has letters with the material logo on its upper surface made of methylene blue which are used as an indicator to ensure its correct placement.
• It is self-adhesive without the need for any other admixture.
• It has a very thin thickness, just 40μm (0.04mm).
• It is sterile and ready to use.
• It is stored at room temperature and no special storage conditions are required (refrigerator, etc.).
• Available in dimensions 100x100mm and 50x100mm.
