In collaboration with the multifunctional IPC console and microresection handpieces, there is a multitude of reamers and burs (with speeds up to 30,000 rpm) that cover the entire range of endoscopic surgery.

Disposable Shaver Burs and Osteoburs (straight & curved) for endoscopic surgery of the nose and paranasal sinuses, various types and diameters of the nose and larynx (for procedures such as DCR, tonsillectomy, septum, conchotomy, polypectomy, adenoidectomy, laryngeal papillomas, etc.). Specifically:

a) Polypectomy burs for the nasal cavity, approximately 11 cm long and 2.2/3.5/4.0 mm in diameter, straight and curved 40, 60°, 90°, 120°.

b) Burs for conchoplasty with integrated FREER type detacher at the top, diameter from 2-3 mm.

c) Special osteograms - Burs with protective detachers for the mucosa and a curvature of around 12°.

d) Special osteograms - Burs for opening the frontal sinus with a curvature of 40°, 55° and 70° and oval shape.

e) Special osteograms - Burs for the reconstruction of the bone pyramid and for the narrowing of the bone dome.

f) Special burs for laryngeal papillomas, approximately 22 cm and 27-28 cm long and approximately 40° curvature.

j) Special osteograms - Burrs for sinus opening with curvatures of 60°, 90° and 120° and of various diameters of 4mm and 3.5mm.

t) Special 13 cm 15° burs and 15 cm diamond burs and cutters with a diameter of 3.2 mm to 5 mm and a curvature of 15°, 40° and 70° for skull base procedures.

l) Special cross-shaped burs for the ethmoid sinuses.

m) Adenotomy and tonsillectomy burs, 4 mm in diameter, 11-13 cm long and approximately 12-40° curved

n) Osteotome-DCR burs approximately 13 cm long, diameter from approximately 2.5-4 mm.
