The BM 780 II radiofrequency device can be used as monopolar or bipolar diathermy, operating in the radio wave range for more precise cutting, strong hemostasis and reduced tissue destruction.

The radiofrequency device is suitable for the treatment of nasal turbinate hypertrophy, for the shrinkage of the soft palate, uvula, posterior arch, base of the tongue, etc. as well as for dermatological diseases. It has suitable bipolar probes - electrodes for submucosal placement and a wide range of monopolar electrodes (bronchi, pins, balls, etc.).

Radiofrequency treatment has the following advantages:

The Sutter system features and operates with multi-use, re-sterilizable bipolar and monopolar radiofrequency electrodes, in order to achieve the optimal result depending on the procedure.

In addition to being a radiofrequency generating device, it can function as a monopolar as well as a bipolar diathermy, thus providing the user with a complete solution for private practice, outpatient practice and operating room.

As an additional safety feature for the user and the patient, the system features the “Auto RF” feature which, when using radio frequencies in the field, automatically intervenes and adjusts the intensity of the transmitted energy by calculating the structure and condition of the tissue, through its resistance.

The RF Select Sutter central unit has the following functions with the corresponding indications:

• Rheostat – selector of the intensity of the transmitted energy, graduated from 1 to 10.
• Cutting, cutting with hemostasis, cauterization and hemostasis in monopolar and precise cutting and hemostasis in bipolar.
• Indication for connecting the grounding plate.
• Indication of the selected type of unipolar and bipolar operation.
• Connection points for the single-pole and double-pole cable with handle, as well as the connection point for the grounding plate.

The handles and electrodes available are multi-purpose, lightweight and have an ergonomic design for easy and precise use by the Doctor.
