- It has 3 special ultra-soft nozzles for every age.
- Indicated for allergic rhinitis, dry nose, runny nose and nasal infections
How to Use:
Contains 3 Specially Designed Nozzles
Extra Soft Nose Nozzle for Nasal Moisturization: This nozzle can be used for ages 1 year and up to moisturize and relieve dry nasal cavities. Insert the Extra Soft Nose Nozzle (no further than the ring) into the nostril and press until a sufficient volume of solution is sprayed.
Medium Volume Flow Nozzle: This nozzle can be used for ages 5 and up. This nozzle delivers a medium volume solution that reaches deeper into the nasal cavities but not into the sinuses.
Dr. Mehta's LVLP Rinse Tip™ Nasal and Sinus Irrigation Warnings: This tip can be used for ages 5 and up. This tip delivers solution into the nasal cavities as well as some sinuses. Attach the special conical irrigation tip and follow the instructions in the next paragraph.
Special Instructions for Large Volume Washes:
Stand in front of the sink, lean forward as far as is comfortable and tilt your head down. With your mouth open and without holding your breath, place the tip fully into your nostril and press the nozzle until the solution begins to flow out of the opposite nasal cavity or your mouth. Let the solution flow for 2 to 3 seconds. Do not swallow the solution. To avoid putting pressure on your eardrum, blow your nose gently, without pressing it all the way down. If tolerated, inhale any solution remaining in your nasal cavity once or twice before blowing your nose. This will clear the posterior nasopharyngeal area, which is at the back of your nasal cavity. Occasionally, some solution may enter your throat. If this happens, spit it out. To improve drainage of any remaining solution, blow your nose gently while tilting your head to the side. Repeat these steps for the other nasal cavity.
